Agreement
By accessing or using this website (the "Site") operated by or on behalf of Flower Hill Dispensary ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Eligibility
The Site is intended for adults 21 years of age or older. Cannabis is for adults 21+ only. You represent that you meet the age requirement for your jurisdiction and that you will comply with all applicable laws, including New York State cannabis rules.

Products, pricing, and availability
Product availability, potency, packaging, promotions, and pricing can change without notice and may differ between the Site and the store. Online menus or integrations may be delayed or incorrect. Final product details are confirmed at the point of sale in compliance with applicable regulations.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to access non-public systems, interfere with security, scrape the Site in a way that harms performance, or use automated means in violation of applicable law or robots instructions we publish.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for claims arising from the Site is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us specifically for use of the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (if any).
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flower Hill Dispensary and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where preempted by federal law.
